Misadventures finds Pierce The Veil refining melodic post-hardcore with turbo drumming, nimble riffs and Vic Fuentes elastic top line. Circles is the earworm, a chorus you cant shake after two spins, while Floral & Fading eases the throttle with a woozy sway. Pacing alternates between sprint and sway without feeling stitched together. This LP pressing opens the mix, the low end sits deeper and the guitars have more space.
