Description Hide Show Belarusian trio Molchat Doma’s second LP, Etazhi, meaning “floors,” was first released in 2018 on Detriti Records in Berlin. It became a viral hit with over a million views on YouTube and became a real phenomenon on Bandcamp. The band may fly under the radar in their native Belarus, but they’ve reached a huge audience across Europe and beyond. Six vinyl pressings of the album sold out in quick succession, and Sacred Bones Records is now pleased to finally re-release the album Molchat Doma (translated as “Houses Are Silent”), formed in 2017 in Minsk, Belarus, stands at the intersection of post-punk, new-wave and synth-pop.
